Parham Zahedi is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Z&W Law Firm PLLC, where he offers compassionate, high-quality legal representation in immigration, family, and labor law. With years of experience advocating for immigrants facing removal proceedings, Parham has successfully handled complex cases involving asylum, withholding of removal, and other forms of relief. He also represents clients in federal litigation, including mandamus actions, appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), and petitions for review before the U.S. Courts of Appeals.

In addition to his immigration work, Parham is highly experienced in family law matters such as divorce and custody, as well as labor and employment cases, particularly wage and hour class actions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and New York Labor Law (NYLL). His wide-ranging practice allows him to serve clients with care and confidence across multiple areas of law.

Parham is part of a multilingual team that offers services in English, Spanish, Hindi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Farsi, French, Portuguese, Russian, and Ukrainian, ensuring that clients feel heard, understood, and supported every step of the way.

Before founding Z&W Law Firm, Parham served as a senior attorney for a premier immigration law firm in New York City, where he represented hundreds of clients and supervised a legal team, helping guide their work while maintaining a high standard of practice. His leadership contributed to life-changing outcomes for numerous immigrant families.

Parham’s diverse legal background includes education and training in both civil and common law systems, giving him a well-rounded perspective on complex legal issues. He earned his first LL.M. from the University of Georgia School of Law, specializing in U.S. law, and a second LL.M. in U.S. National Security and Foreign Relations Law from George Washington University Law School. He also holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Shahid Beheshti University of Iran.

He is admitted to practice in New York State, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
